    Site is develop by joomla. I just take unlimited hosting from hostgator (I pay hostgator $67) few days before. So,you will get almost 1 year time for hosting renew. Domain register is yahoo. You can transfer domain any time.I can show you adsense income proof daily basis. because,I take screen short often daily.

    I am not ready to sale only domain. You must need to take domain + hosting + design.

    For bandwidth problem, I purchase a hosting from hostgator 6 February. So,the screen short date of cpanel start from 6 February. Besides, I add 3 days adsense income proof.Check the attached file. I can add at a time 5 file. So,I add here 5 screen short.

    The domain register on yahoo domain. I will give total domain control with admin email user name & password.

    Another fact is,I will give you the hostgator hosting control. So,you may use it next 1 year.
