They dont ever pick the call :X

Either ringer of their phones are not working or they have not paid their Ph bills so MTNL cut their connections.

Intra India means the transfer is done within India (both the recipient and sender are in India). They do allow self-withdrawals though. This has been confirmed by their support agent and I did 2 successful transactions in this month. Plz. note that self withdrawal is allowed only for direct Bank deposits (not for cash pick up).

I'm not sure whether this is right, but for me it worked. Have you tried contacting them via their email support system? Try with all the details of your issue. Yeah, for me they have given a very supportive reply

Any one initiated on Feb 13?? and still not yet received amount in bank?? Its Kodak Mahindra Bank..
I contacted customer support they are saying..u will receive amount shortly for the past 2 days...

well few minutes before only i called them a lady picked up. I asked her coupon code. she said we won't give coupon code on individual basis and if there is promotion going then we will send the coupon code to your inbox.


Need one coupon. I used FEBXOOM10 already anyone have any new coupon.

Well call them in off peak time i called them @8.00 pm so u need 2 be lucky to get a sweet girl answer for ur call. well but for me nothing happened its waste of calling them for coupon.

 

XOOM is not at all dependable service provider. I tried them calling for more then 5 times but they never picked up my call. I tried them different times.

Then, I tried taking my money from PP to XOOM to Bank they canceled three times. So, I don't think this is a dependable service.

 

I was on call with Paypal last night. Although they didn't comment on when exactly they were going to fix the issue, they did mention they were looking to fix this issue. So I know they see it as a glitch and they want to fix it.
Do you all think, I should really look for an alternative now? I got few $K's stuck up since last week of January.

Third Payment from Xoom, This time Quickest, Less then 24 Hours, infect within 16 hours. I just initiated transaction around 3AM (IST) last night and got the money by 6 in eve.

No,you cant use Xoom with your unverified Paypal account.
You can use Xoom if you have a verified Paypal account.

 

SO what are the options for me to withdraw my funds from paypal till I am not verified?
