Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Thats not possible. Dont try this. All accounts Personal, business , New and old.. are facing the issue of bank transfers to India. Its not for a particular account type or how old or new it is..

 

LOL! Paypal was founded in 1998, only 12 years ago, yet the person claims that he has a paypal account for 15 years?

 

LOL. Well PayPal is not so forthcoming about the information and this thread is a burning proof of that . But it is not a scam for sure LOL

This is not at all a substitute. I am business user facing same problem. My friends have two new accounts registered this months facing same problem.

Plz check posts following ur posts, some more users facing the same issue. Give ur valid proof, why this issue occurs as same for all... If u r said paypal is not scam means, this thread shouldn't be created ?

 

dude.. what are you talking about... the issue affects us all because RBI is involved. that's why.. Common sense... And what proof do you need? that PayPal isn't a scam?? lol.. dude if you're so convinced PayPal is a scam then stop using it.. no one's forcing you. As for the thread it is not to bitch about PayPal but to keep each other posted and updated about the issue and share the problems we are facing.. This thread isn't some "PayPal bitching thread"..Its a discussion thread... You really need to get an understanding of this thread...

 

The user is frustrated... no one forces to use paypal but people like me lost money because of the unprofessional way of dealing with its customers. WE can stop using it but what about the lost money. Who is gonna pay it. No intimation and nothing, they just reversed the payments. All kinda of payments I mean to say. Not every client is very good enough to pay again for the services they got. I lost $400, two clients did not return my money yet.

 

Do you think its paypal problem ? Stop dreaming man. What if they first payed you and then chargedback ? In that case too, you would bitch paypal. Correct ?

Has anyone emailed Mr. Irani (head of asia pacific region)? Please share your replies here. Is there any progress with RBI? he is the only person who can let us know whats happening (no one else can). Calling PayPal's US office won't get us anywhere.

 

I am almost filled up to neck with debt, have to clear the dues, I am thinking about withdrawing through cheque finally, Is there anyone that has successfully received the cheque and got the funds in their bank account from paypal during this issue? kindly let me know, I am very much in a need of money!

I did email him for wire issue, and a agent from paypal replied, he didnt talk about the RBI issue but did confirm that they are arranging wires for some paypal users.

 

those rumors were always there even before this situation ... then y did you even join Paypal ...

you r believing those rumors now bcoz we r in a situation that we were never before ...

there r many ppl taking advantage of this situation and spreading more rumors to divert us frm Paypal ...

Whether they pay or not, paypal cannot reverse the payments even without intimation. You should also not forget that RBI rules (which caused problem with paypal now) came in to existence in 2008. What paypal is doing without submitting proper documents till now? Why did they tried to bluff saying only personal payments are being reversed and others can be carried out as usual!!!

My payments are service payments paid via invoice and address is included.

By the way I do not have time to dream... lol who has it? every one is busy in their own way

Certainly paypal is to be blamed in this issue, nothing wrong with RBI. When they have certain rules, they should be followed and paypal is no exemption.
