    Hello,

I am running Facebook Ads, but I have a problem with targeting my ads,

I want to add a keyword, but I can't choose it!!

a message appear: "No matches found"!!

How I can add a keyword, althought it didn't appear?

    Thanks for you....

Keywords in Facebook aer based on the keywords they can find in the profiles of their members.

If it says no matches found then your ad won't show to anyone.

Try to think of different ways to describe your keyword and find terms that they are tracking.

Using Facebook ads is defiantly something I'v bin looking into to promote my site. You guys are helping alot im interested to seeing the responses on the initial thread. By the way, ballpark figure, how much would a banner cost you and how long would it usually stay up for the public to see? Thanks.

I think its the way the Ads are formatted it doesn't really help not when people are used to seeing Google style Ads they immediately know what they are for and are pre-programmed for them as opposed to Facebook ads.

You should be able to go through the help center and answer several questions until you get to a form to email them. Also depending on what you are promoting, you may be able to contact them at affiliates@facebook.com
