It looks good, I like it a lot. Maybe try adding some black at the top as well? Like a black line or something. Definitely the best so far

I'm not liking the orange color. Try adding some black in there and removing the apple logo.

Both of your designs look promising, I'd just try out some different ipad images than those and try incorporating some black somewhere in there.
