The requirment for a munimum of 300 characters for a description slows down the submission a bit, but I think it's a good idea. Probably helps to keep the spammers out.

I added it cause I was getting very short descriptions, title plus few words.

You should add an asterix next to the Description because it is not optional. I opted not to submit b/c I couldn't think of 300 characters to describe my site.
