I tried this way and the ratio is often 5 add : 1 followes . Not bad huh

U can also use a tool called twitterautofollower , its a desktop tool. It can follow people randomly.What I did is , I set the random time interval to 1 minute and gave a seed account of my friend.I was able to follow 60 people from his friend list within an hour and 45 of them followed me back within 2 days.So i think you can use this tool.I also purchased the full version for 9$ too..
