How can i get an expired domain? The domain expired on jan 17th 2010. how long do I have to wait?

 

You need to wait somewhere between 45 and 60 days before you can try to snatch it because if it's a great domain name others might be interested too.

Best way to get is placing a backorder with Godaddy or any other service offering this.

 

Does namecheap or name.com do backorder?

 

i have had friend that goes to namecheap and browse through expired domain

 

you need to keep an eye on the status. if it goes pending delete it will be released within 5 days.
