Hi, I recently redesigned my website http://socialsubmit.info. I use this website for providing manual social bookmarking service. At present my only source of traffic is google adwords. Although it is converting well, the cost of advertising is a concern for me. The competition is also going high in adwords. So I would like to get highly targeted visitors from other sources also. Please share your ideas on this regard. This is a service providing website. Webmasters are the only potential buyers for my service. Please let me know how can i advertise this site to webmaster other than adwords. please let me know if there are any other channels or methods. I am also planning to do commenting on related blogs for traffic. Please do not suggest me seo techniques as I am not interested in seo right now. How about trying to do a jv with someone like bravenet - who have tens of thousands of webmasters in their email list?
going to be hard to get real big with all the competition for your niche already doing so well. you have to offer something the others dont to get people to use/find you
contact new website owner and see if they need your service? I know new website particularly need seo work and promotional service like yours...

Why not just directly email them with an incentive to join (free ad?). See if you can get their email, first name of the contact person, and then email them while including the first name in their title. Don't expect high responses though. Also, try to guest post on blogs that have webmasters. Or create an e-book that webmasters would be interested in.
