Paypal Debit Card problem

Hello please help i want to know today i try to verify my paypal account with standard chartered debit card to withdraw money from it.
But when i try to verify it says we were to unable to verify this card and i recived the mail and message from my bank that you have done a debit purchase.

What should i do now.

 

If you are from India then you can't use debit card for adding to Paypal or make purchase outside India using it.

 

Yes i am from India but Standard chartered is a international bank.

 

PayPal don't allow verification through debit cards. Better you use credit card or bank account for verifying your account. And for debit purchase message talk to your bank people and they will credit back that amount to your account with in 24 hours. (This happens when any transaction is left incomplete)

Should we then use a VCC instead who doesn't have a CC since i only have a debit card and not a CC.

 

Debit cards can be used only for withdraw purpose and not for verifying.

 

How can i verify my account as this bank crisis going on.I dont have CC and paypal bank deposits are not working.

 

Indian Debit cards are not supported by Paypal. As far as the debit charge is concerned, paypal won't charge the card and the unauthorized charge will automatically get credited back to your bank a/c after some time. This happens some time. So relax.

 

Yes you can verify your PP account by using pre-paid credit card (cost $3 to buy and $1.50 to load it). If you don't have it in your country, ask someone (relative or friend) who lives in the usa to buy one for you and send it (or it's info) to you.

 

i would say if anyone wants CASH ... You need to go to third party who is willing to buy paypal.

you can do with your parents card but when the time of limation they may ask for card statement and all so better have your own

Your account can get limited any time but mostly it happens in case of some fraudulent transaction or they see unusual activity in your account such as unauthorized payments and chargebacks

 

PayPal account will remain limited till you send them all the documents they ask for. After receiving all the documents then only PayPal will release your accounts. So now its upto you how long you take to submit all the documents.
