    With only one impression those numbers aren't at all statistically significant. They basically have no meaning.

    If you continue to have 100% click through rate when you have 10 or 50 impressions, then you should worry.

    Chances are pretty high you'll get 100% CTR over a few impressions every now and then, happened to me several times, it's not a problem.

    dont worry you save.... It is because the value of your click is always high. so the eCPM was in the highest range. and when you get a click. then you will get the higher the earnings. 1 click = $ 0.44.
    I also have such experiences. get 3 click = $ 2.4 :)

    you'll be fine, although if you continue to get the same number of clicks as impressions there will be a problem but that never happens anyway.
