first page load, line break at top

i have a website primarily in html and css and when it loads the first time, there is a line break across the very top, but not in future loads (which is the way it should be).

If you look at the code of the first load it is embedding a flash object, that although hidden, is displaying height. You should have a height on the div or maybe realign it to a different location of the file.

 

I would move the embed code around in your code.

 

so what about second load? does it not appear?

 

i've looked at the code and it's the same on first page load as others, and css never changes either.

so why is it happening? cheers
