Withdrawal to India banks from Paypal through XOOM is Working. Confirmed and Tested.

    Same problem here. Initiated the transaction on 12th Feb. And the status still shows "Partner Processing". :(

    I've got all my xooom transaction in my HDFC bank within 24 hours..

    and till now i have done more than 5 transaction from Xoom..
    $100 , $450 , $500 , $700 , and last one is for $1200

    all was smooth and on time.. ( no problem at all )

    Please check your xooom account guys and submit necessary documents ..

    Its not dependant on Xoom for fast service but also the partnering banks . As far i know they try to take the most feasible mode of transfer according to the situation, sometimes the banks which are in remote places are deposited checks which takes extra time , sometimes the NEFT confirmation goes late ... and blah blah ... The Xoom status Team is very active and keeps you updated. Neither of anyone to blame , just have patience and the money will be in the bank . Its not a joke that they are doing the withdrawl service to us . i waited about 6 days for my money to reach in bank and i was assured ,infact realxed that i was safe from PayPal and that my money is on underway ....


    Mazak mazak me given so long speech ... all i wanted to say that "HAVE PATIENCE , MONEY WILL COME".

    You get "not allowed" message, and i get this reply for my cancellations

    "Intra India transfer only to self allowed"

    My paypal and bank name and address are same, still they cancel in 2 mins.

    guys, I tried contacting them via email but no response from them. I tried another withdrawal, but they cancelled it for no reason. What should I do now? I have a friend from UK. Shall I transfer the funds to him and ask him to send me the money? Cash pick up?

    Edit: Infact, first time I tried with a coupon and today noon I paid the fees of $32 for withdrawing $1000+.. What should I do guys? :(

    My PayPal -> Xoom Sender -> Xoom Recipient all names and address are same. But got fund. not sure why its not working for everybody.

    All names and addresses are same for me. Verified PayPal -> Xoom Sender -> Xoom Recipient

    Same email for PayPal and Sender, different email for Recipient
    Sender and Recipient phones are different.

    I would suggest not to try coupon. hope will helps those who are not making it work.

    I had my first withdrawal with success, but 2nd was canceled, XOOM said "Intra India transfer only to self allowed. " . Any one know how to solve this prob?

    it Xoom cancels any transfer its a process or it can happen even after going through 5 steps ..like My present status is transfer in progress. any chance xoom will cancel my transfer?

    well, say my sender paypal id is and my recipient id is (i.e., my xoom id)

    Both are in my name "Lakshmi Narayanan S". Both the address and phone numbers are same. I have the Axis bank account associated with my paypal as well, with which I tried to withdraw funds via Xoom. Got the requests cancelled both the times :(
