and what if it's not only a muslim country, but one that has foreign tourists or local christians or workers? like... say... Saudi Arabia?

So, we're not allowed to ban Ramaddan here, and you can ban whatever you want there? That sounds VERY fair to me.

Nice, thanks for a threat:) I think we should just ban it, if we can't celebrate our holidays in your countries:)

Yeah you are right if you make some days special than if there is any misunderstanding between couples or any type of problems than by celebrating these days one can come more closer to each other. Its all about perception if you want to see it as a wrong thing and you will always see it as a false one only.

The whole WORLD participated in WW2, whether they liked it or been forced to, but who started it? and where?

about Christianity crimes, and Rwanda, you can also start a thread, you can name it as "Christianity is so cool" and invite me to participate, but for now, about Rwanda, and Native Americans.. you can read some details here:

    CHRISTIAN MISSIONARY ATROCITIES

try not to tell me Vatican are not Christians as one did here once.

One more example of the logic you use.
Don't you understand difference between the idea itself and what people are doing based on its understanding of that idea? To Say, Islam is pretty peaceful religion - do you agree? - and is not responsible for what islamic terrorists are doing, isn't it? But DP is not the proper place to discuss and compare such global things as Islam and Christianity.

The logic I used is very simple, if you been following the thread flow, somebody posts some lie, or propaganda, I refute it, and it seems this angers some, including you,

one by one, I will be more than happy to refute all your propaganda, and stereotypes one by one, just try to separate each subject in its own thread, so we do not end having a deaf discussion.

Terrorism does exist in everywhere, especially when there is occupation, oppression, and injustice, take for example, the Tamil Tigers group that been mentioned here before, it was responsible for more suicide attacks than any other group in the world, and they are not Muslims.

No, I don't think that's what they want, I think what they want is to have it available to those that want to celebrate it openly whether it be for Christians living in a predominantly Muslim country, just as it is in the pre-dominantly Christian countries where Muslims are open to celebrate their religion holidays and it is respected and protective by the government and supported by non-Muslim.

In the Muslim countries it is forbidden to even have anything that may look like anything that has to do with Valentine holiday, it is banned and confiscated and a fine is place for those that violate the rules. As you may have read that many muslim do want to celebrate it, they know of the ban and they buy it months a head just before Valentines, they have to be sneaky about it and aren't honest.

So what if it's a Pagan Holiday or Christian holiday or whatever holiday it is, just as long as no one is being beheaded in that holiday then it should be fine, but Muslim leaders are afraid that it could lead it's members away from their religion and that is what is all about.
