Well I asked them why they have canceled my transaction when I have a verified paypal personal account and doing a self withdrawal and my bank details and paypal details are same. They gave the above answer. Happened to anybody else here ?

 

your transaction got cancelled after 5mins or laters??

Ok I have created another account, since I have to verify account first, I used bank account verification. Would that work? Since payments are not allowed to India?

 

I initiated hours ago and status are:

 

No it was not my first transfer, on my first transfer my paypal was unverified, and I contacted them and they said I need verified account. I verified my account and now I got this one.

My transaction was canceled within 5 mins

 

They don't allow withdrawals to same names. Just open an account using your friends name and withdraw payments.

 

This has been a boon after paypal ruined a week of work.

 

I think Inner circle transfers are not allowed on Xoom. India to India.

 

payments are working now. but we dont have gift/personal payment option

 

But my PayPal, XOOM sender and Recipient name are Same!

 

i did that yesterday i got the money in sbi bank account today
