Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

It doesn't matters. The check will take 3-5 days depending on your bank to get cleared.

 

Are you sure the bank will not create problems in clearing the paypal cheque.

 

I'm not sure but i guess there was no problem in check withdrawals anytime. Its working fine as always.

Paypal check usually comes in INR from Citibank. So no need to worry. But it takes some 20 days to arrive, that's the problem.

We also used to withdraw using check about 2 years back ..

Only problem was it takes 15-20 days to reach money in your hand... Otherwise it is always good

 

Yeah so better to wait at least 1-2 weeks ..as we can see that paypal doing something for us .. so they will solve such issue soon.

 

my paypal withdrawn funds were refunded back to my account........and i was charged a back fees tooo........what is this..........does any body face similar problem

Perhaps you might see withdrawal working within 3-4 days. As per his blog withdrawal supposed to work from 14th Feb, although he said it would still more time

This blog post was made on 14th Feb. So I guess another 3-4 days may be or may be 1-2 days

 

where are you located? we get the check here in Mumbai in 4-5 days + cleared in 3 so 7 days max.

 

Dont worry you will get your reverses fees back in 2 or 3 days by paypal.

 

Now the days it might be 4-5 days earlier it used to 15-20 days

yea check is better option just it take much time then bank withdraw,

 

Will the check come in INR or USD?

If it is INR, it is quite easy for bank transfer. If it is in USD, it will take over a month to encash. Any one know this?

 

Just raised a Check withdrawal request for US$2500 (Fees deducted US$5). Lets see when it reaches me.

 

Around 2 years ago when check withdrawal was only option of us, then it were taking 20+ days to get the check because checks were sent from Singapore.

 

Yeah same case here for me it takes about 25+ days to clear

 

My transfer from Paypal to HDFC, Mumbai (30th Jan 2010) was aborted (not sure by whom).
The money was returned back to Paypal.
They sent an email saying that there is a problem with Bank transfers to India.
