Design and Script

The site uses a custom web design to suit paris hilton fans. It runs using a custom modified skin of Coppermine Photo Gallery.

I have only had adsense on for a few days, and I haven't optimised the adsense correctly, but the site currently pulls in around $2.5 a day on adsense.

Updated prices after consulting with some peers. The #1 ranking is worth a tremendous amount seeing as how Paris Hilton Photos has consistantly been in the search queries for months now, and there are millions of sites out there. This site ranks over even AOL and Yahoo. If the price is not met, I will develop it myself.

 

What's the selling price? BTW, Google won't like you putting their ads near the images AFAIK.

On what base are you expecting xxxx?
The current traffic is too low, can you post AWstats results and also the referring URL stats.

 

It is the FIRST result for one of the most consistantly popular keywords over the last year, with lots of searches a month.

It seems that this is a new placement. However, the site is hosted on Godaddy and I do not have any awstats (only those stats i provided above). If I do not get the bid I want, I plan to move it to another server and redevelop the site in order to make the most out of the #1 ranking.

Sorry, but Paris Hilton is one of the most searched celebs out there. YOU know this better than anyone, or you wouldnt have built a paris hilton site yourself . Also Paris Hilton is the top 16th search term on Yahoo for almost half a year.

In anycase, my adsense seems to be increasing rapidly since the placement to just under $5/day now. Hope to see more when I redo the site.

I appreciate your comments, but please PM me if you think the price is wrong rather than publically complaining and hijacking my thread with your own paris hilton site. Perhaps you should start a sales thread. I have been selling sites for a long time, and have sold 2 xxxx sales here on DP. I know that the #1 ranking is worth a lot, and people would pay tens of thousands of dollars to an SEO company like SubmitExpress.com for the top 10 ranking! #1 is worth a lot to a site owner.

It is pretty simple: if you do not want to buy or bid, please do not post your price expectations. If you really want to low bid, then PM me. This is only normal conduct in a forum marketplace.

 

dude, amit is right, you do overestimate the value of that #1 yahoo ranking. it certainly has a value, which is reflected in your traffic and adsense increase. people here will pay you only based on that and not on some 10k$ some seo dude might be charging lol. you show 3$ adsense per day which adds up to 90 bucks a month. you only have very few days of reference. #1spots can also be lost again, so there is a risk involved. if you have better figures now, show the screenshots and the referrer stats. you'd be better off with a lower starting price, providing all info and let the bidding roll, then you probably achieve low x'xxx. if you really think that spot is worth sooo much then you better cancel the auction and develop the site yourself.

Just so that everyone knows: I AM accepting bids from $1000 and up.

As kreeactive suggested, and as I mentioned above, I will sell it if I think the price is right.

Yeah... so? Is your site top ranked for "paris hilton" or for the totally different keyword "paris hilton photos"?

 

You can only ask money based on your revenue and how long u can prove it for, no one is going to pay in potential value unless u show them 10 months of steady traffic
