You have a verified account I don;t see what other ppl mean by VCC. Anyways, you can easily transfer small amounts (I guess upto 500$ or so) by XOOM without giving verification and higher amounts after possible verification. You just need to go to xoom.com and sign up using the exact same name as the PayPal account and the bank account. Once you are done signing up, just transfer money. Click on 'send money', enter your name and address etc. , try to be as accurate as possible so that you can easily send verification docs if they ask for it. Usually there are some coupons which will waive off (cancel) the xoom transfer fee (around $11.99 on $100) which you can use. Usually you can ask on this forum and get a coupon code which works. Go on try it mate. Just check and double check the information you are entering (esp. the bank account name and account number).
