it's worth submitting to PR0 directories as although they may have a PR0, you could still receive traffic. In addition, if the directory does get the PR increase, then you will also receive a lift in traffic or link juice. Good Luck
Directories really aren't as effective as they used to be so to be honest, I wouldn't really bother. There are much better, more effective link building methods available.
Every backlink is good for your site. Even its from lesser or 0PR. You never know when this 0PR directories gain higher PR value.
I see what you guys mean but even if the directory does get PR, the page you get your link on will be a page probably deep into the site. This page might not even be indexed to start with never mind having a PageRank. If the page isn't indexed, your link won't even be noticed. Let us not forget that your link will be on a page with loads of other external links too, making the link almost worthless. Directories were a thing of the past, in my opinion. Google are starting to devalue directories more and more over time.
Yes, it's ok to submit to PR0 directories as long as they are not dropped domains and as long as you don't do it in a spammy way.
Submit to everything you can as long as it's not a site banned by Google. If it's banned it will pull your page rank down.
Even if a directory is PR0, it is still a valid link to your site, and it will be recognised as a backlink, and then consider, that those with reciprocals are likely to improve in rank due to the linkbacks. Sometimes you should take both quantity and quality of links
Agree with above - EVERY link counts. But that being said. These links carry VERY VERY little weight. So I like to sprinkle them in. But don't bet the ranch on these links helping a great deal...
