I used them for some time, they are below average, I removed their ads now using underdogmedia.com cpm rates are handsome but fill rate sucks :)

Pathan, when you talk about fill rate for Underdog, have you set a limit to the u/v's per day?

Global Takeoff Ads sucks and there were on click on ads after using them for more than a months. Adsense is the best...

    Hello,

Sorry I don't know how to do that, but the fill rate for my account is 10% which is very much on the lower side.

    that may be an issue...

If you read in your set up info that you received from Underdog, it is recommended that you limit their ads to 3 views per user per 24 hours or 2 by 24

if you are not doing this, then you would need to set up default ads in their system so that when there is not an ad to serve... the users will get servered an ad from another network instead of the underdog free defaults.

Yes I know about their default ads I have setup ed that, but I have seen that cpm rates are awesome but fill rate sucks, like my site delivers 150,000 impressions out of which 12000 are paid and other run as defaults.

I highly recommend that anyone running ads, atleast utilize OpenX to manage your ads so that you can maximize your network profits...

    Follow this situation...

Your site has a very high pageview rate but you actually are averaging 15 pageviews per unique visitor... you can leverage this in your favor...

Network 1 will pay you .75 cpm but on a 2 by 24 setting
Network 2 will pay you .70 cpm on a 1 by 24 setting
Network 3 will pay you .50 cpm with no limit, but you test and notice that you are getting alot of repeat advertising (you decide that a 5 by 24 is a good setting for this)
Network 4 will pay you .30 cpm and have good rotations of ads

By tweaking the settings in OpenX you can set your daily limits to maximize those 15 page views like this

User A has 7 page views on your site

the first 2 page views will be .75 cpm
and then 1 page view for .70
and finally 4 page views for .50

User B has 4 page views

the first 2 page views will be .75 cpm
and then 1 page view for .70
and finally 1 page views for .50

User C has 17 page views

the first 2 page views will be .75 cpm
and then 1 page view for .70
and then 5 page views for .50
and finally 9 page views for .30

These are purley examples, but a great way of how you can leverage your networks to maximize your earnings, this is also known as Optimization

Now if you can find a network that offers 100% fill rates, then most likely they do this automatically.

This is the same company that had Global Interactive, which froze all payments a couple of weeks ago. After that Global Interactive announced that, I went looking for another ad-network and stumbled upon GlobalTakeOff.
When I tried to apply they already had my information and I could log on with my Global Interactive username and password, after that I send a mail to ask what was going on and my account got deactivated so... I don't trust them.

They are both using same platform of right media - so it is normal that all companies there work username and passwords for same login page.
But this does not mean they are same company regarding payments.
