272 Clicks = 11.84$

I am having an entertainment / movies nich website, I believe I am earning really low.. Yesterday I had 272 clicks and only 11.84$... Last month I had 7000+ clicks and only 275$

Now I dont know if its normal for other publishers as well or am I earning too low?

Any suggestions.. ?

 

yes it is quite low but I believe its your niche thats the problem.

 

damn that is low, maybe same person is always clicking the ad?

1 - 1.5k uniques a day on my music forum + 3 minisites

 

it happens some time don worry next time you will get luck ,even i also got so many times.

 

high traffic, high clicks ..... sad to see u having low EPC

 

I feel it is quite low but I also depends on your website niche. i am sure your are not the first exprencing this. Nothing to wory about.

 

Sad to hear that for such a good site, I would say its your niche.
I am not an expert, but I would say you might as look into your keywords.

You probably had a fair few clicks from low tier countries, USA/UK pays the most.

 

in my niche, 7000 clicks would earn me above $500. you're probably using keywords that are low paying. try experimenting with other keywords. good luck

 

wow...that is really low...i think mine was bad, 51 clicks for $7...i think everything really depends on your niche.

I think its not a bad reporting, its a good earning it depends what type of niche you have

Sounds like you have a low keyword payout.
Check with the Adwords Keyword Tool and find some high paying keyword phrases. Then write articles or stories that are about and include that keyword.

 

The same thing happened with me some time, i think we should move to good niches

 

Perhaps your audience is coming from countries that pay low.

 

It is really sad if you are in a poor niche. Sometimes a good landing page in a good niche is better than a good site in a bad niche.

 

I think you are atleast earning something , i am really getting 2-3 clicks only and earling 2-3 cents per click so its good earning for you

 

Entertainment or social sites generally pay very low per click. Although they usually generate a great amount of traffic, the users just don't convert well for the advertisers. Hence the low price per click.

 

It is most likely the niche. I've tried multiple niches and when I discovered Self Improvement and the related niches, My earnings per click have skyrocketed. I'm even earning for impressions
