Thats rite wat i was refering to is these coupons can be used only once

 

for me its 'partner processing' for last 60 hours or so... sbi again...

 

I sent an email asking why they cancelled my transaction and i got replied that my paypal a/c was unverified thats why. And now i am stuck because paypal still did not make the 2 small deposits. When paypal will resolve this issue? I cant withdraw anything.

 

if u have real big amount at stake, go for cc.. also u can look for netsafe vcc of hdfc and verify ur pp

well, you will surely get it in max 3 days. I got my money in around 60 hours in the bank and bank cleared the funds in another 12 .. so best of luck to you.

 

Yeah PayPal rates are lower but PayPal is not charging any fees for withdrawals while Xoom will take a lot fees for that. So if you do the calculations, both will cost you almost same.

But, it will be the another case if you can get the Xoom coupon and you can make fees ZERO with that.

 

So seems they allow the business transfers??
