I have been reading about keywords, and I really have no idea where to put them once I have a list of the ones I want.
I have been trying for ages to get my sites traffic going, and tried everything now its time for keywords.
    Please let me know,
    Thanks,

Keywords are just words on your site which are important to search queries. The answer to your question is that keywords shouldn't be put anywhere specific. They should naturally occur in the text of your site.

For example, in my above paragraph, if I wanted the keyword to be "keyword", it is included in the text naturally twice.

However you won't get better rankings just by including keywords because of the competition that already exists. You need to get links to your site to compete.

Put your keywords in your domain name, urls, page title, navigation, hyperlinks, and h1-6 headers - and yes, in your content. When linkbuilding, put them in your anchor text.

Don't put the same keyword in all of those - mix in synonyms and long tail versions.
Don't use the same keywords for every page - each page should be about something slightly different within your main theme.

You should use your targeted keyword in first, middle and last paragraph of your content.

Use a relevant keyword which topic do you want... example: "seo" you must make your content or article used search engine, seo, or another word relevent with them...

    Good advice,
try and pick 5 keywords and target each one to a page.

Your keyword should appear in title, meta-description, URL, content and backlinks. Don't add keywords in excess in description and content.
