Are .tv Domains Not Worthy Investments ???

I have found a few available .tv sport related domains


I used valuate.com to valuate the two domains here was my finding

domain #1

.com valuated at - $7,700
.tv valuated at - $15

domain #2

.com valuated at - $1,100
.tv valuated at - $20

 

The renewal fees for .tv are horrible, however, some top ones might be worthy it.

 

TV domains are not longer trendy so they are worth if you are going to deliver TV-related content

 

well I have found a good one

the .com is valued at $7,700 as i stated above

it is two words, the first word is the sport and the second word is a key term for that sport

you think it is worth registering?

 

the domain is catered for videos, live screening of the sport.

 

Any other thoughts on .tv? especially when related to sport

 

For God's sake, do you REALLY believe that sites like valuate.com can calculate a real domain value?

 

they can give a standard indication

 

.tv is good if the name is video/audio media oriented. other wise u are just wasting more renewal fee

 

Is Plasma3D.tv good domain name?

 

Mine is Possible.TV and it was available when I hand regged it... Estibot values it at $550

 

TV is also good if you shood be so lucky to find a popular name that 500% for sure is taken on all the more popular ones. A real good name is always worth anything, even on .tv. TV is a medium. If you want to take anything on TV, do mostly take something short that is easy to remember and spell. TV is not so good for a name in a local language (like norwegian or greek) if it shood not be related to anything on/with TV, or most people watch on TV

 

...and? It has 0 value anyways

 

Some of these domain names are really good for the investment but some not. I suppose that your profit will depend on what how lucky you are.
