    I think he want to know why it is nontransferable while it was transferable. I just dont know how he know the license was transferable.

    I got $100 but it must be transferable and it must atleast be 95 days old that way you cant do a chargeback with your credit card company after you get my money and leave me hanging with vbulletin.
