the theme is good... about promoting forum...hm..i dont have any experience... but from the view of visitor, i usually visit forum with good article, sharing stuff and hot topic..
Cool logo, as for the layout, it's nice but those post icons (the ones that indicate if there's a new post or not) look rather bland. Maybe use the flag icon for them.
Thank you all, and I think so too, it is hard to tell if the post are new or not, I am in the process of redoing those.
