Theres a problem between our RBI and paypal, which no one knows of clear.

It could be some accountability or license that RBI expects from paypal in its money transfering business, which paypal may be failing to do in time.

its very simple. Paypal find the chief who takes decision or sign the file , jus pay him one crore or two ur job will be done in seconds. it happens only in india.

I don't say that RBI's policies are not in the interest of country.. But, they always seem to take decisions that cause problems to the small group of freelancers in India..

First, they make VbV and MCSC mandatory for all Indian debit cards, causing their usage to be very limited on international websites like PP, MB, etc. stating that it ensures "additional security" (It may happen in near future that they can do the same for Indian CC too, nobody stops them). Then, they are trying to impose some rules on NEFT transfers from Paypal..

They could have made the 'additional security' optional, if they wanted.. Those who want VbV can opt for it, others can handle their security by their own..
