which is your favorite article directory? why?

Which is your favorite article directory? Do you judge in terms of article download, traffic to your websites or quality of backlinks?

 

i prefer ezinearticles more than aany other

 

I like ezinearticles too - its a big, well known article directory that approves articles reasonably quickly.

 

If you asked me this a week ago, I'd say Ezine Articles. Now that they've become a pain with accepting my articles and taking 5 days to respond to my support tickets, I use Articles Base.

AB approves articles within a day and after 20 approvals you get auto-approve. They also allow 3 links in the body of the article and 3 in the resource box so you have a much higher chance to get the person to your landing page. AB also ranks well on Google from what I've heard.

 

Well i have not a good experience with the ezarticles yet.
Since i am a new article writer i am getting late response from them and want to have more from them.

 

Allowing 3 links in the body of the article is far better than Ezinearticles then.
Goarticles allow links in the text, that's why i still like it better than Ezinearticles.

 

I am quite new to article marketing also. I just dont like the fact that no self-serving link is allowed in the body of the text.

 

I used several directories for marketing purpose but here is the top three article directory that i always consider whenever i do marketing,

1. Ezinearticles.com
2. GoArticles.com
3. ArticleAlley.com

 

My vote goes to ezinearticles followed by ideamarketers.

 

EzineArticles is best for getting articles published with serious websites.

ArticleBase is best for bum marketing because they allow in-body links.

For backlinks, submitting to as many as possible is better. Spinning the article is best for getting as many as possible of those articles indexed.

 

EzineArticles if you have time to wait for approval.

Articlebase and GoArticles for hot topics.

 

I like GoArticles when my stuff doesn't get into EZA. Its much easier. They don't allow registrations from free e-mail accounts, so there is a lot less spam.

 

I post most my stuff at ezine, they get approved quick and I like the stats with it.

 

Ezine articles has been the best for me. Many of my articles reach PR1 or higher, so it helps pass on some PageRank to my site. Yes, they take a little long to publish, but if you have a consistent amount to enter, some get approved daily, so it still works for me.

I haven't used any others, but I plan on trying GoArticles and Article Base, as I have been hearing alot about them.

 

My favorite article directory hands down is marketmypressrelease.com great article directory which really builds links for you and targets your viewers as well, and I love their back office that they provide you so you can track all of your analyctics.

Mine is defintely ezine articles. They are big, powerful and very well respected. For marketing purposes, ezine ranks higher than other diretories, so articles listed on ezine get crawled by google more often than other blogs.

I know some people complain about those directories that have higher editorial standards, but I'd rather my article was grouped with quality articles instead of a load of spammy ones.
