    Keep in mind these are most likely submission services, I doubt there are any guarantees. As directly quoted from the link above:

    DMOZ is well known for its high quality and it will never let it reputation be down. Instead of looking here try making your site of the quality that DMOZ will accept. :)

    Guarantees can only come from people working with dmoz, but there are a few techniques to getting a more successful submission. PM me.
