Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I couldnt find any better place so here it is
I have submitted my site to a lot of directories and i have only submitted the home page www.indiabroadband.net My question is can i now submit for example : www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-broadband/ and www.indiabroadband.net/reliance-broadband/ and so on ? would directory owners list them or would they delete these submissions saying duplicate entries ? as the home page has already been listed on those directories? I would like to hear from different directory owners please.

Many sites accept only the Home Page URL of the site

Deep linking is accepted by some directories........... take a look around the directories you will find

Good professional directories have their "Submission Guide Lines" on the site. You can read those guidelines before submitting your sites (deep links) in this way you will come to know whether submission will be accepted or not. Usually Paid Directories accept deep linking.

There are a few free directories out there that accept deep links, but they are by far not the majority, and often they will only accept one deeplink per domain. So you need another strategy for getting deep links indexed. The best way is to write good content that people will link to naturally. Or you could do article submission, and have a deep link as your credit on the byline.

Multiple links like what the OP is suggesting are grounds for deletion and BAN.

If you get your site in there based on your top level, be happy. Don't try and spam the rest of your way into directories.
