Xoom transfer cancelled....What exactly could be the reasons for the transaction to get cancelled ?

If we use any coupon code then is there a chance of transaction getting cancelled ? I am a bit concerned about it..

 

I have used the coupon XOOMONETIMER to check whether it work, and it worked but I didn't send money as the time was 3am here. But when I tried later it didn't work. So called them and they have given me another coupon code. Great customer service and it worked great. Now waiting for the money to be in my bank.

 

Its difficult to say why they canceled the transaction. However providing some more info can help others to offer an advice.

a) Did you choose different Sender and Recipient Info?
b) Is your paypal account personal or premier (also verified/unverified)?
c) Did you try to choose "Cash pick up"?

However you need to contact XOOM to find out the exact reason why the transaction was canceled.

 

Well I used exactly same info for both the sender and the recipient...all I have given the same info ...address, name, phone..

My paypal is not verified and it is personal

I have chosen cash pick up because the bank I wanted to deposit the money, I couldnt find in xoom

And i have given coupon code xoom2010 (It has shown 0.00$ fees)...May Be is this the reason ?

I guess point# 2 (unverified paypal account) and 3 (cash pick up) are the reasons behind your transaction being cancelled.

Really depends. Xoom may ask you for proof's depending on the nature of the transaction.

 

I just made a withdrawn using xoom.. It is showing XOom processing and in my paypal it is showing

order to xoom status: pending...
