Xoom has link with paypal to get funds transfers,so 1st you have to open an account in Xoom with all the required details and then you can send money through Xoom to your bank account.
Did you give all the info right ? Can I transfer my funds to my brother's bank account ? My branch is not listed in Xoom. Or can I issue a cheque or draft on my name ? Is it possible ? Can you confirm plz ? Then I will do Home Delivery.
Well I have seen in XOOM like all the withdrawals may be made only to Punjab National Bank...Are the withdrawals not allowed for the other banks from xoom ?

I get this email for cancellations... Intra India transfer only to self allowed All info name and address for paypal and bank account are same. Still they cancel my transfers in 2 mins.
