Anyone Else Having This Problem With Paypal?

I am using citibank mastercard in india. This has been happening since the last 5 days or so constantly. My card is working perfectly but I don't get the reason behind this. Is anyone else in india facing this too while making payments through your credit card via paypal.

 

Well as of now Paypal does not have required authorization to work as payment processor in india ..

This might be reason why your card is not being accepted....

 

well someone was saying only visa card is working, so that might be the case

 

i think paypal issue has been resolved now
no more reversals

 

I am sure you can use only Visa CC for funds transfer and not Master Card.

 

I was using mastercard since the last 3 yrs for making payments via paypal with no trouble. It's only denying it since the last 5 days.

 

Got any proof ?
