I would be very careful in choosing someone based on a PM - especially if you have no idea of what is involved. You are asking for help in the den of forty thieves - and I would guess far less than 5% of people who call themselves "SEO's" actually have any clue as to what they are doing. You should spend some time reading as many posts as you can before giving anyone any money. FYI, there are only 73 searches a month for that exact keyword phrase in Canada.

If you've been offering this service for sometime, then choose keywords based on what your past customers needed and why they needed it. That's a start.

You can get good people for doing SEO in the buy/sell/trade section of this website. If you are looking for people whom you can and want to deal with locally search for 'toronto seo' in google and hit upon the first few results. BTW it is difficult to hire someone just based on a PM to you.
