Trademarkedname+Products.com a violation?

I just recently bought a domain in effort to promote someone's products.

I just realized that this name is trademarked.

So it's TrademarkednameProducts.com ex: microsoftproducts.com

Will the trademark owner make a fuss over this? If I manage to make money, so would they because I bought it with the intention of being their affiliate and using that site to sell one of their clickbank products and hopefully the other products once I get approved for their in-house affiliate program. I would not be using it to say anything negative or anything, simply bring them sales and myself making some commision!

Just curious... as to what you guys all think.

Read their affiliate program. Some don't allow affiliates to use domain names
bearing their trademark, despite what some feel about it.

 

gray. You can do that and put this website is not affiliate with MS and MS is ms brand name blah blah

 

It is infringement. There is no buts or 'gray' area about it unfortunately.

If you signed up as an affiliate and their agreement says you can't use their
trademark in your domain name, adding a disclaimer like you said above won't
likely shield you.
