aaah thats what where the magic lies .. HEy , that clealrly means if you have a paypal with your address+name on it and the money you are gonna send matches the bank address + name then its allowed. Thats what has happened with all of us who got successful in their transactions . So , people Xoom Rocks !

 

one of my friend got his cancellation at the very first time but when he tried second and third , it dint work ... may be they have some customer identification cookies which restricts after a failure of conescutive attempts . better try to self bank deposit and if possible use a different browser and clear out your cookies. make a seperate new account too.

Yesterday Xoom Exchange Rate was USD 1.00 = INR 45.983

Yesterday PayPal Exchange Rate was USD 1.00 = INR 45.0255

I think you don't have an verified paypal account,so they rejected,please read the xoom policies carefully before withdrawing.

Well it takes some 2 to 3 business day to credit balance to your account,so i think that you should wait for the transaction for atleast more 1 day.
