What if I have two PayPal premier accounts

Hello
Does any one has two PayPal premier accounts?
I have one personal and premier with the same name, but the address information and phone number aren't the same, and for some reasons I want to upgrade my personal to premier and can't close my existing premier account.
Is that possible?

Well as i know paypal allows upto 2 account from an computer or system and you are allowed to handle those accounts.

 

No it doesn't matter, there are at least 10 persons with the same name as you

What about my SSN? I remember that I had to give my SSN to restore my accounts.
Will their system check for similar SSN?

IP is different.

 

Paypal Allows 2 accounts per each person(1 Personal or premiere and 1 business). If you have different names on each one you should be OK.

Well you need to have different information on both the accounts. Name does not matters but SSN number will. So if you have used your SSN number on one PayPal Premier account then you may not be able to use same SSN on other PayPal Premier account.

In short this possibility does not seems to be happening.

The information is different, but SSN is not.
And my existing premium account is locked for a long time, I can't even downgrade it to personal. I contacted them many times about that but no further actions done.

 

maybe is time to try another online payment processor(moneybookers, alertpay.etc)! smaller does not mean is worse!

 

I already have active PayPal personal account, but I need to use some merchants services not included in personal accounts.
