Is DP signature a backlink.?

    according to my knowledge DP is PR 4.( correct me if I wrong. )

    So,Do you think how worth is a link from DP..?

    As for PR, internal thread pages do not rank that well and there are tons of links on each page and hence very insignificant PR juice, if at all... comes your way.

    These links are great for visibility and traffic though! :)

    There's a pretty useful Firefox addon called NoDoFollow that you might be interested in. It highlights all the nofollow and dofollow links on a page... better than scouring through the html by hand :)

    i think everything that will redirect to our site will become backlink. that's what i thought. and DP or forum signature is an effective way to build our traffic cause many people will click out sigi (if catchy of course).

    Yes it is dofollow,but I have noticed that only about 10% of my total posts is showing up as backlinks in backlinkwatch

    It is good idea to get backlinks from sig at DP but don't create many accounts to get links. They are smart enough to catch that :p

    DP signature links are extremly good backlinks. You can watch in webmaster tools. I get about 300-500 backlinks visible in webmastertools only from signature on this forum.

    Yes, I can confirm that links in signatures in DP are very effective. It's even better if they're from a PR-2 or 3 page.
