    I have been using this software for a while now and it is great for someone new to the SEO game.

    It has a free version but I do use the paid for version.

    It creates an .html file for your site, a .txt version for Yahoo and a .xml version for Google. It also pings Google with the siemap on completion. Great tool.

    I have also found that it has a pretty decent support through its forum.
