VBulletin forum problem (You don't have permission to access)

    Hey
    I'm testing a new VB forum. Most of times it gives following error for the users.
    Please guide me solve this problem.

    check the chmod on files/folders in your vbulletin directory

    You will need to make sure the folder is set to at least chmod 755 so that you can view it through your browser.

    I did it by command "sudo chmod 755 files/folders"
    But Still I get same error :(

    have u checked user group permissions ? you need to check that using usergroup manager -> usergroup permissions

    What is the contents of your .htaccess file? try removing all the unecessary things that could be causing it. Do you have vBseo installed? Make sure your paste the proper code in the .htaccess file.

    vBSEO .htaccess does NOT have anything to do with this, its probably just his .htaccess. Try removing it from forum root.
