    you can not send any money , remove your cc. bank , address in that account

    nothing will happen if you are not in USA/UK/AUSTRALIA. Else they will send collection ppl to account holders address.

    If your balance is negative, you can't remove the Bank Accounts and Credit Cards unless you resolve the negative balance.
