Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Update - Just received some $$ form Paypal in my account. No transaction details are given, subject is 'Paypal'. As far as I can see they are giving back the cancellation / other fee associated with it - which is sure a good sign

 

well that's a good sign of recovery lolz (and I hope I too get that back ) and also an indicator that PP would actually work towards getting back their credibility and their image of fair play . Hope the the bank withdrawal issue is resolved soon too.

 

Cant believe they said this? Hope this is true. We need these money so badly.

Usually they send an email when a payment arrives, and the transaction details page in Paypal shows all details too, but this time I didn't get an email and not much details in the transaction details page.

This is what I see (removed amount, ID etc) in PP transaction details page

First they reversed a client payment. I asked the client and resent it. This time it was not reversed. The bank withdrawal was also reversed, and I see there were some cancellation fee etc they charged.

Today (just a few mins before), I received an amount (details above) and I think it is the total of the fee they charged on cancellation / currency conversion / money lost in reversal etc. They charged back everything

 

Yes, all money is back.

 

Paypal have returned all the charged back money, that was supposed to cut off in the withdraw reversal .

Now can anyone please confirm that is the Withdraw option start working ?

 

I did not get the deducted money (that I lost because of exchange rate fluctuations) anybody out there who's in same position.

 

No, I think we will have to wait for their confirmation email for that. I mean on bank withdrawals. Hope it will also be ok soon !

 

Ofcourse Paypal is working on this issue thats why this reversal took place.
Now big issue is When the official noice be launched or any solid proof that yes now the withdrawal option in available.

 

I too have not received the money lost due to currency conversion. Hopefully it will be there by tomorrow.

We have to wait pal. They said it will be done within 24hrs and I received that email today around 5:00 pm
