Selling Facebook Application - 380K Fans, 6.5M Installs, High Revenue & Low Cost

Launched on October 6, 2009.
This application is pretty simple, yet very very interesting for users. It's design and concept made it very popular and viral. In a couple of days it was able to generate hundreds of thousands of users.

Revenue Details:
The only source of revenue I've been using lately, because personal payment preferences, is AdSense. This application has never made less than 2k per month, and since 2010, it has increased dramatically reaching some days as far as 558 USD per day. February daily income is 370+ per day as per Google Adsense calculated average.

Also, since this is a pretty powerfull marketing tool, you can display personal or private advertisement to specific segments of people. You can segmentate by age, sex, prefferences, hobbies and so on. This is a great way to sell your advertisement space to local companies or use it in your own if you want.

Also, the great number of fans (380k) is a great advantage and very useful since you can send updates that will reach those users in matter of seconds, making promotions or cross sells.

In conclusion, It's up to you to find the best way to monetize those Ads Impressions the best way you can.

Performance:
The application is currently growing, reaching USA, Middle Eeast and Eeastern Europe. Income has multiplied since 2010. Analytics and other stats proof that this application has and it's growing and it has enormous potential and income could easily multply various times in next few month's.

I have such a belief in this, that last week (1-7 of February) I've spent more than 1.000 USD only testing different cloud computing networks, to observe performance and cost/efficiency to be prepared when this happens. Please read February's daily average, and multiply that by 30 and you'll have how much is generating now. Or by 7, and see how much generates in one week. It's far more than 2k per month, and it's growing.

Doesn't see the point in selling. Just use the $2000+/month to start your business. Something sounds fishy to me.

 

And if no want did sell something, because they could just wait 5 years to get 30$ to start a new business, then we don't need this category

I don't think it sounds Fishy at all.
I don't know if you've started a business before, but first few months you'll be facing mostly losses. Yes, I could have that income steady for month's to come, but I need to have some money saved in case I fall, so I can stand up again. I wont discuss the nature of my business here, but all I can say is that I currently have a couple of big international companies lined up. I have a major in Economics and Business Administration and a master degree in Marketing;, I've done the math, believe me, and I will need that money.

Also, if it were in fact generating 11k per month, then I would be selling this for much more. Is the uncertainty of this, the reason why it's 1) on a BID, and 2) for that amount. I can assure though, that 2k per month will be a reasonable minimum to consider. I'm not projecting the best day x30 to calculate revenue, but rather the worst day x30, even though that day daily amount was long ago, when it was first launched a couple of month ago.

You are indeed correct.
I've been audited several times, and I passed them all.
I have proof that the last full audit was at the end of January and in Facebook's words "It's all OK!". They audited every single part, function, picture and flow of the application, they agreed on every one of them. Since then, Facebook polices hasn't changed and I haven't added anything that changed the flow.
