Paypal Issue - Please update

Hi guys,

What are the latest updates. Paypal is going to restore personal payment system for Indians?

Any news from trusted source? I have been hearing matter will be resolved soon, soon soon but already many days has passed and condition is still same.

Any updates?

 

Its already posted on their blog that it might take up to a couple of months for personal payments feature to be restored. Its already discussed on dp on other threads

 

I guess you have to spend some time to read other threads. Here is updates

--> No problem for Online use
--> Withdrawal Stopped for few days
--> Personal Payment Option will resume in few months
--> Only withdrawal options are Check/Load with Credit Cards!

 

Withdrawal to Credit Card seems to be good option as you get a higher exchange rate!

 

Today I've transferred some amount to my bank, I hope PP is now available for withdrawal to your bank as well.

 

It means we totally unable to make Withdrawal any amount into Local Indian Bank without Credit Card ?

According to PayPal Blog :- for personal payment their system will take few months, is not a long time for this problem ??? but They have not mentioned how many Months???

Personal payment is still not enabled. even if you are receiving the same from outside India.

 

what about wire transfer?

 

Well, my two payments has returned back to buyer . but he is nice, I asked him to keep the fund with him and request later on when this personal payment restores

 

I got this reply today from paypal...

So they are solving issue , also saying any fee deducted will be credited..

hope everything will fine for Indian...

 

Paypal should bring in WIRE transfer using USD/AUD to send funds like many of big affiliate company do.
This will eliminate most of issues due to RBI.

Every Wire transfer have sender and Receiver details and Both Banks verify details before actual transfers.

 

is RBI responsible for this?. I can't understand why paypal did that.

 

Paypal has been withdrawing many payment options from few listed countries.

 

I have received the fee i lost when paypal reversed my withdrawal to bank account.

I have got my entire amount back..i hope you all have also got that!!

I'm not sure what everyone is referring to, can someone please elaborate on what this problem is?

 

I took RBI 2 years to figure out what Paypal is doing. I think there's a reason they are listing any hard timeframe.
