I have an unpleasant visitor who visits my site and my blog on a regular basis and i have blocked them in ip deny on cpanel (he has a static ip), the blog is url/whatever will they also be blocked form seeing the blog? I know people can use proxies, but I feel this is one option that will deter him. I hope this is in the right location.
Proxies usually don't support form submissions so even if your bad guy comes back to your website through a proxy server, he won't be able to leave any signs of his presence in form of comments or posts or anything. Unless he is willing to purchase a paid proxy membership that enables him with full options (including posting).
