Can not open paypal site

Somebody please tell me...
What is wrong with paypal. I can not open paypal.com since jan 2010.

What is the problem? My computer or paypal website ?

I am at Indonesia

Well its working fine at my end, if your country is allowed by PayPal then why don't you just call them and ask them about this issue?

we can also able to open the site try restart the modem some time it may help you

 

jan 2010 there was some scheduled maintenance. are you still not able to open

just clear your browser cache and try once

 

It may be due to a malware program.
Are you getting any redirection to another site ? Clear your browser's cache(Temporary internet files)

I have Clear my browser's cache. Try open with mozila ( my default browser) opera , internet explorer, but all of them can not solve my problem.

I can open it with proxy. But I dont like it because security issue. Is it mean that my ISP block my access to paypal?

 

could be your isp dns problem. change your dns to google dns or opendns.

 

use this command ipconfig /flushdns in command prompt and try after some time. or ask with your isp once

 

May be so but i think the issue is in india not with indonesia so it might be that problem with ip..

 

All solution are not solve my problem.

Btw, why my host file changed? Is it mean my computer attacked by spy or virus ?
