Well you can use a template if you are using Microsoft Word

I like the first one a little better because it uses colors at just the right amounts and the fonts look readable and pleasing to the eye. Of course depending upon the niche you are targeting, your sales letter will be slightly shorter or longer. You definitely need testimonials with photos and a word play on emotions (thats what the gurus say right) and a hint of scarcity to push your goods through to gain acceptance.

It depends what market your targeting.
