Very nice. Simple and straightforward. My only suggestion would be is to put the Google adsense bar (the one on the very bottom) at the top and maybe a link to your terms of service somewhere. Other than that it looks good.

Yeah, I really like the design, very nice. I agree with SWN, the link unit at the bottom may be better off higher up the page, if you can do it with out harming the great design

I like its simplicity, although you should now spend some time on basic SEO to improve its performance in the search engines.

 

It is very simple, but I do think you overused the welcome with the tape effect, and you didn't even use the same type of look when doing it. You should remove the tape effect where it says "2 Easy Steps to Upload" you don't see text on tape. Maybe use a sticky note? As for the tape at the top, make it look more like that at the bottom. Maybe you should get a new logo, and save it as a jpg or png to prevent the distortited look from the gif.

Also, you have enough of space to let people use a max of 45MB? I mean, if the site is hit with a load of traffic one day, that could be potential trouble.

 

You don't have links for TOS, privacy, and info about your company. You should also probably mention what are you expected upload/download rates coz. there are much faster websites out there, so what makes your site standout if you want others to use it.

hi thanks, about the 45 mb space if i get more users i will plan on getting another server to take the load so not a big issue for me there.
