I guess I don't make my self clear.... here is a exact sample of what I am asking...

Take a look at this urls from google
    http://www.google.com/news
    http://news.google.com/

Their content is the same 100% except the url... are these two url now considered as duplicate content and if so for sure google will finalized both url rigth?

This happened because their content were stored in the same folder (news)... but you can access the content of the folder in 2 diffirent ways by using http://www.google.com/news to access to subfolder which is the subdomain name and the subdomain it self http://news.google.com/

If you're using Cpanel, this happens, when you create a subdomain you can access it in two ways like the example above.

I understood what you were asking. It's duplicate content. For sure penalize? There is no way to guarantee what google will do - but at the least, it's going to pick one or the other - it's not going to return results that include two identical pages.

I don't that that is how cpanel creates sub-domains when you are actually creating a subdomain. I think you are confused by how cpanel deals with addon domains if you have a hosting package that includes multiple domains. If does create a subdomain - but most site owners just ignore and never use it and google (or any other search engine) will never know about it unless you link to it.

If the subdomain resides on a differnent class "C" IP than the main domain. Will Google consider it a separate domain and count a link to the main domain as a vote?

Google counts it as a differnt domain even if it is on the same C ip.

Could Google post more then 2 resutls of the same domain, as the result of indexing subdomains as different domains?

    Regards

SO if we'll made 9 subdomains on almost the same keyword and same content, and optimize all 10 including the home page with almost the same resources and then we'll find a full page of results for that particular keyword pointing to the same site?

    Woudln't be so fair? right?
