    I use:
    ns1.damnx.us
    ns2.damnx.us
before. But my host ask me to use:
    ns1.damnx.com
    ns2.damnx.com
But I can't change it in my domain's control panel.Which return a message:
    0107:soap:2303:Object does not exist:ns1.damnx.com
    What's it mean?
the problem is at my registrar end or at my hosting end?

It's a domain control panel issue.

I can see that those NS are registered and are working fine.

    Who is the registrar?

    I cannot see 6288.com.cn

Actually you can point your A records to your web hosting account.

It seems something is not working right at their end.

may be they need your domain to be having those NS in the zone first, so check with your hosting company if your domain is using those NS on the server or not.

Since that 6288.com.cn seems to be in Chinese, so I won't be able to guide you much, as I can not understand what is written there.

But this kind of problem is usually not there with most of the registrar.

Your domain DNS record at your server contains

Contact your hosting provider and ask them to change the same to
Once that is done, try to change the NS at your registrar.

I have seen some ccTLDs needs correct NS to be configured on the server before the registry will allow the changes.
